Christmas 2024 and i bought a Boat

I am excited to announce that my website is now open for Christmas orders! However, I must admit that I am not fully prepared for the holiday season. I'm currently going through a unique phase in my life. I've recently purchased a small narrowboat to live and work on, which requires a significant amount of attention before it's fully ready.
I've moved abroad, but half of the boat is still uninhabitable. While I tackle the necessary repairs, I've relocated all my belongings to the front of the boat. I'm so grateful to have my van, as that is where I'm currently sleeping.
Given these less-than-ideal circumstances, I've extended my processing times to 2-3 weeks for Christmas orders. I hope to fulfil all orders within a week, but I'm realistic about the challenges I may face right away. I believe that once I start completing some orders, things will begin to flow more smoothly as we approach Christmas.

So, I will be making Christmas orders in less-than-ideal circumstances. To deal with this and give myself more time, I have increased processing times to 2-3 weeks. I still hope to complete all orders in less than a week, but I can see many reasons why I won't be able to do this immediately. Hopefully, once I have completed a few orders, then things will start to move more smoothly as we get closer to Christmas.
